Booking conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all Galloglasitalia tours. All of the tours are operated by GALLOGLAS ITALIA LTD.
What is included:
- All language lessons, books and materials (if applicable)
- Full time services of a bilingual Tour Director
- Airport transfers
- Private, deluxe motorcoach
- Bed and Breakfast accomodation
- Porterage (as specified in the itinerary or as requested)
- Lunches and dinners as itemised in the day by day itinerary
- Guided visits as itemised in the day by day itinerary
- All entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary or as requested)
- Cooking classes, workshops and wine tastings and activities as listed in the day by day itinerary
- Transport to free time activities where specified
What is not included:
- Beverages and lunches/dinners other than those specified in the itinerary
- Air travel
- Transport to free time activities where not specified in the itinerary
- Insurance
- Gratuities (for Tour Director, Driver and local guides)
- Passport and visa fees
Booking Proceedures
Booking is done on a "first come first served basis". In order for your booking to be processed in the fastest possible time, you should book on line through the internet at www.galloglasitalia.net. Bookings should be made no later than 100 days prior to departure. A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking. Providing notice is given at least 30 days before departure it is possible to substitute passenger names.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply:
- 60 days prior to departure full refund less deposit
- 30 days prior to departure full refund less €100 cancellation fee + deposit
- 15 days or less prior to departure No refund
Passport and Visa
All tour participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of the correct documentation prior to departure. If any participant is unable to obtain the correct documents then Castelli Institute standard cancellation policy will apply. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of your tour. Check your itinerary carefully for all countries that you will be visiting to ensure that all your documents are valid.
Insurance
Castelli Institute strongly advise that all participants travel with a fully comprehensive insurance policy. All citizens of the EU must be in possesion of an E111 insurance form available from post offices.
Itinerary Changes
It is possible that certain changes may be made to the published itinerary due to improvements to the programme or local conditions such as museum closures as a result of local or national holidays. Every effort will be made to minimise any disruption and an alternative will always be offered. Castelli Institute will make every effort to advise participants of any such changes.
Special Requests and Requirements
Should any participant have any special requests or requirements, they should advise Castelli Institute in writing or by email at least 60 days prior to departure. Every effort will be made to accomodate dietary, rooming or accessibility requests.
Should any participant wish to stay behind or ahead, Castelli Institute can arrange accomodation on receiving written or emailed requests.
Payment Schedule
On booking you must submit a minimum, non refundable deposit of 20% of total trip fee.
60 days prior to departure the balance due should be paid.
Payments can be made via Paypal. All prices must be paid in Euro's.
Disclaimer
Please note, all refunds are at the company's discretion. Castelli Institute reserve the right to cancel all or elements of the tour. In such cases every effort will be made to rebook participants on to another departure. Refunds will be given in such cases. Castelli Institute reserves the right to alter an itinerary due to weather ir other such extreme circumstances as neccessary. Castelli Institute cannot accept liability or responsibility for actions of independent contractors, their employees or representatives.
